This company is just legal enough that it cannot be considered fraudlent. HOWEVER, their jewelry is SO cheap and of the poorest quality imaginable. You can purchase better quality jewelry at the dollar store! On top of that, if you are like my husband and fail to read the terms and conditions, you will find yourself considerably infuriated when deductions of $49 begin disappearing from your bank account every month following your purchase. Once you purchase from their company, they AUTOMATICALLY enrol you in their monthly program where they send you another new piece of disgracefully cheap jewelry every month until you reach the sales team and cancel the monthly subscription. We were advised to contact the billing company on four occasions and were promised a refund. Following three emails to the billing team, they were adamant that they would not issue us a refund so we are now stuck with two boxes of jewelry which is so cheap, I'm too embarrassed to even give it to someone as a gift! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
